2 cups raw cashews soaked about 6 hrs
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 t cayenne
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t cardamom
1/4 t black pepper
2 T vinegar
3 T Tahini
1 med onion cut up
3 cups hot water
